Work / Case study
The brief
Stak Mobility, a provider of vertical parking and EV charging carousels, was looking for earned media coverage to help increase visibility on a short timeline.
What we did
- 01
Human Storytelling
Our first priority was to establish why Stak and its product mattered to three very different audiences: real estate developers looking to deploy innovative parking and charging solutions in small spaces, EV owners and tenants unfamiliar with parking carousels, and the broader sustainability audience. Through the Quarter Horse Narrative Seminar, we homed in on the ultimate benefit Stak provides all three: more parking for EVs and conventional cars without compromising critical space for people.
- 02
Strategic Media Relations
With just six weeks from kickoff to the planned announcement, Quarter Horse immediately identified and reached out to reporters covering Stak’s target markets and industry as well as the broader conversation about the future of cities. We developed distinct local, trade, and business storylines around Stak’s expansion, its mission to accelerate EV adoption, and its approach to reducing the amount of urban space devoted to cars.
Real impact
The campaign resulted in three interviews and five pieces of coverage across local media, sustainability trade publications, and national business outlets. One local interview was featured on CBS Pittsburgh, giving Stak additional visibility in a city where it was actively discussing contracts with multiple real estate developers.
Quarter Horse secured a feature company profile of Stak in Fast Company. Company leaders subsequently reported increased attention from real estate developers, urban planners, and investors.
